Thanks for explaining your reasoning. Yes, the boom from Chinese buyers really proppelled BKL to the 'growth stock' end of the market and the massive valuation premium. I think she sold shares around 160-170 to purchase a house from memory. However, excluding the boom year the business did achieve good returns in terms of numbers. I think she performed well but you make some good points about being on the back foot ect.
