You can read too much into this stuff.
The dead sea scrolls were largely written in "Temple 3 Hebrew Script";
The language chosen for Israel (presumably in 1948).
Should ask wife who is fluent.
Like the opinions here, there are differences.
From my personal experience as a Latin student,
the writers were more focussed on telling ideas and stories as lessons.
Spelling, punctuation and fine points of discussion were not in the picture.
I do enjoy reading the writings and seeing the landscape.
Too late to prove points 2000 years ago.
