Yes, I can't really argue against any of your post.
They make big claims and they have set themselves a very ambitious set of outcomes to achieve.
I have a handful of their books, plus most of their works are free and online.
From what I can gather they do have a better set of firewalls than previous religions, in that they have democratic elections to replace their administrators fairly regularly, no clergy class and no individual can be considered infallible.
They may come undone in the future but it is hard to see how they could degenerate to the extent of clergy based religion.
I really do wish them well because I have not yet come across any other human collective with such a clear mission statement to be self-sacrificing to bring about unity and they have a goodly number of very clear teachings and steps in this process. They also have as their guide a teaching that suggests the minute religion cause disunity then the world is better off without religion, so they have covered many of the pitfalls of previous religions.
They may over administer themselves as you say, into oblivion, if so who else is waiting in the wings?
