The only answer is to ban such equipment and carefully observe and warn such individuals, more so the sites that such individuals use.

It's a warning to all who espouse such filth, here and elsewhere.

It's time to shut down these types and I personally feel, some on here, like those elsewhere, are very frightened as everything that is posted on the net is in the public domain.
