As someone that lived north of the Brisbane line when the Japanese invaded Australia I was relieved that the Yanks dropped those Atomic bombs. I believed for a long time that it was so terrible that there would be an end of war as a solution to political problems. Sadly that has not been so.

There are two distinctly types of wars still being waged. The first is political and the second is radical activitism. I worry where it will end.

A large part of the problem is world overpopulation and an economic war between the haves and the have nots. A developing sense that what is yours is mine and what's mine is mine. This war is being waged on two fronts, socialism firstly and migration a close second. Bound to be radicals that see themselves as warriors. The training ground has two elements, radical groups and video games. A good start for control would be censorship of video games, more important than gun control. The "baddies" will always find a gun, gun control took the guns off the "goodies".

But then I speak as an aged, white, cranky at times and probably biased, male. I am cranky that a white Australian male had such a disregard for others that he would even think about carrying out such a heinous act and the system allowed it to happen. He/they let me down as he has let down most genuine Australians and our New Zealand cousins.
