CHP now has a further deal added to the list
CHP will be taking a 19.8% strategic stake into Rision (RNL)
They have paid $300,000 for 80m shares @ .00375, currently worth $480,000
They are also paying $285,000 for 95m shares @ .003, currently worth $570,000
They also also receiving 175m options, exerciseable at .003 (already well in the money) for free - they are currently worth $1,050,000 to the company, minus the exercise fee
Total deal
Spend - $585,000 + exercising free options
Currently worth - $2.1m
Very attractive terms for CHP
