Can also play their own game and sell some into the exhuberance, and buy back cheaper. Works 9 times out of 10 on stocks where you're familiar with the trading patterns. Helps to not fall in love with a stock also. I guess most people have trading parcels and can be a way to make money on the way back down if you intend holding long term.
