I read an interesting comment that Directors used the facility for two reasons, OPES leant on small caps and this allowed Directors to borrow against their shares rather than sell them which is not a good look.

There is a cloud over whether the shares were signed over with full knowledge of the consequences and that is being tested in court.

I wont judge anyone yet.

As for buying, yep I'm up to 9 cents now, chasing my third lot since telling myself I've got enough.


Succession, be careful of the saying the percentage sign dollars signs hash etc. 2105 got pinged for it.
