I didn't mean Barnes and Grimaldi are on your side...they are defendants in the case..yes you are right...CHM is also suing them...so defendants against CHM but visually...if you look at it all its CHM versus MMX + gimaldi etc....even on the courts website.

Anyway...Glyna...your novels you write... I have to be honest.... I sincerely dont believe its worth it in a sense unless your motives are something else.

You said you are retired. Is it that you have a heap of time on your hands and like a good debate?

If that’s the case...no problem. If its to build a case hotcopper style to support or pull down support for CHM....I am pretty sure its not going to sway people either way.

Most of hotcopper people are quite savvy...enough be members here and reading / arguing / questioning etc....thinking for themselves.

And to top it off....we all have zero bearing on the case...the legal team for each side does and the judge makes the final decision....which you will be elated to know end this coming Friday with a possible 2 day extension for 2 full days adjourned.

Either way though....we are very very close to the end.

Which way is it heading? In CHM's favour in my opinion...and the effect....we'll....we will let the market speak themselves.

For those not in either, I hope to have no effect on them ie: my recommendation is to just sit it out.. I believe there is now excellent money to be made buying CHM but think one would have to read a lot on the situation to make a balanced decision on which company to buy into if any...so I personally would say stay away if you are out.

For those holding either...they would have made their calls.

The MMX share price has hardly moved either way during this case...well actually...its gone up since hitting $1.20 so you guys should be happy.

We've put on 20% in the last 2 days...but most of us will still be quite down until it doubles, triple or go up multiple times more to even get to break even.

We're not winning. Our volume traded is still tiny showing not many in on the CHM situation.

However...I personally believe the market will speak from Monday onwards.

Fastenyourseatbelt put some numbers out which if your do some calc's are probably very close to being on value.

$100 million won on the case: CHM ==> 15c
$300 million won on the case: CHM ==> around 50c.

Depending on their plans from then onwards...we'll see how it might track but I think you'll understand, the patient CHM holders have taken a beating, had everything under the sun thrown at us and quite simply....its finally our turn to shine a little.
