No I wasnt at the court and can only go on asking some people who know some people etc.

I have not heard of any witnesses from third party accounting groups for MMX. I heard they had some expert witnesses on the value of the royalty but nothing from third party accountants.

If the forensic evidence was only MMX own accounting team then what does this actually mean ? These guys could not even get the accounts in prospectus to meanifully follow on from the position reported before Weboz was suspended.

I am happy to be corrected if someone could name the witness but if it was only MMX themselves then it has no meaning as the transactions are at the heart of the case.

Previous management would have tried to cover it up in the books of MMX.

As to Koh why would I care about if he has sold or not. Have you done any research on this guy. He cant stick at one thing and is always onto the next deal.

Couldnt addord to fund his own case and is always moving onto another project. He did a good job getting CHM out of liquidation and back on the boards but has moved on. Maybe he had tro sell to fund something else. Who knows and who cares.

The current directors are the only ones I am interested in.
When they sell I might panic.
