On The contrary Gard's the "forensic" evidence was challenged but no definitive evidenec or proof to discredit it...I believe MMX paid out on Koh and Evans claim because it was established that Koh and Evans did in fact introduce some backers to MMX as per the agreement (but not enough to satisfy whole agreement) and these backers supposedly put up near $3 mill in mid 04...(Reference news story's around 2007) and outline and basis of "koh and Evans claim" as announced by MMX 2006/7...Hardly think MMX would have settled if there was no backers introduced and no funds put up in mid 2004 as per the agreement!!!!believe this is how the majority of funds were paid to winterfall and also accounts for the 400k in bank at september...Soon this will all be over and poor chm holders will have enormous ammounts of egg on the face and little to show for it after litigation funder walks away with large share of 6 to 15 million payout....Tops!!....
