I agree with you Gard's....But it may be that the investors introduced to the company by Koh and Evans by way of agreement which apparently raised 3 million dollars in mid 2004...quite concievably it was this money that paid Winterfall....and lets not forget that Forensic accountants have concluded and presented evidence that all the Alleged monies of chm have been accounted for and were not applied to the purchase.....I also understand that any shares in chm that were sold for cash were not actually issued to MMX but rather to "individuals"...If these proceeds were then invested in or loaned to mmx...How can MMX be at fault, as it is not encumbant upon a company to ask you first where you got your money to buy shares from....Innumerable defences open to MMX and lots where the burden of proving anything untoward is just about impossible.... I Understand that chm themselves, only seriously prosecute less than $300k!!!!
