It begs the question what "critical evidence Chameleon has filed since the parties were last before the court on 12 March 2009".

As a long term holder and observer throughout this theatre, I would have thought that MMX have somewhat been caught with their pants down, having stated so emphatically in the past, how well prepared and confident they were with their position.

On balance, this would not seem to be the case and the recent on-market support reflects the CHM announcement, where they stated that "The Company continues to benefit from the support of its international litigation funder".

Makes for really ineteresting times ahead and cannot wait to see what the directions hearing on April 2nd brings.
