the fact that the judge is taking a long time to give us an outcome in this court case is good news for chm shareholders in my opinion,as if chms claim had no substance it would have been quickley and easily dealt with by the good judge,and thrown out of court by now.i imagine it will be a difficult task for the judge to determine how much of the jack hills project he awards to chm.time will tell!
