Good On ya BB......Poor "little chm at the time it was rorted"....at that time it's senior management (ceo and a director) had criminally and fraudulently got it listed on the ASX with none existent share placements, all its shareholders (except for the ones in the loop) had been duped and misled.....It owned nothing of value, and never ever made a profit out of anything to do with mining.....approx $400k of its funds found its way into the purchase of Jack hills, (undocumented loan/Mis appropriated/payment for services rendered...to be decided)...either way MMX (The entity) had clean hands and no knowledge, only a dodgy director (grim) knew and was acting to feather his own nest without MMX'x knowledge...So MMx Inoncent and therfore walks away repaying $400k plus interest, plus compensation..maybe 5- 10 mill all up...OR court believes they may absolutely definately had knowledge then weigh up $400k as a percentage of percentage of Jack hills purcase and development cost...check the figures less than 2%.... JH roughly accepted value $800 mill ...comes to about 16 mill
plus costs.....Either way...No wonder MMX look forward to "Successfull outcome".....My mail, Harbinger and major investors happy too...But hey...Chm major investors, benny, the kebab shop boys and the strip club owners will be well happy too...Koh and Evans win $2mill after costs...Barnes settlement about $3.5 mill after costs..another $2 probably from Grim and then 5 - 20 from MMX....will mean potentail of maybe 25 mill all up...But thats as much as its gonna be boys and girls.....Remember where you heard it!!!!
