I'm back on the job guys.
Thought I would give the tit for tat debating a rest for a couple of months. Still holding my CHM shares and proud to be with the David in the David vs Goliath battle.
Nah to be honest....I dont see it like that at all.
I just see that little CHM at the time was unjustly rorted where the benefit of the rort finally trickled down to MMX and they'll have to pay to fix it up.
$70 million biggee? Not sure about that. Possibly $69.9999999 million.
Who knows but its Februray for closing statements? Just around the corner folks.
If I was an MMX holder, I would not be worried at all. Stellar run its had lately from under $2 to where it is now.
I'd sell though for a while, market seems to be heading into the red again for a while imo and buy back around $2 or under and hold when things seem stable....just my opinion, but would be sad to see $1 per share profit dissappear off the balance sheet.
CHM may get nothing in this whole situation.
But I am on Gardie's train of thought here and have been even before I read his posts before they went to court...he has a good way of wording the arguement.
You really never know...if CHM ends up with a good amount what could happen from there.
Benny is a pretty shrewd business man and has done well at all his business ventures to date. If they win some money I'll definitely leave my money with them for a couple of years to see what unfolds. If they lose the case I do assume it would be all over for the company....cant see how they could really do anything without money and a cap raising might go unanswered.
Anyway...good to be back and ready to debate it out with Team MMX again.
