The MMX boys want to have a go talking about MMX without discussing CHM

Fair eneough if they can. As long as they dont go calling CHM sell off, pump and dump etc as then I cant help myself and want my 2 cents worth.

It will be interesting to see if they can keep away from CHM thread but then it may get boring.

The bit about the right hand and left hand forming part of the nasty ones menage trois was a classic !

For CHM holders it is a great effort for these guys to have got it to court and presented their case. The GFC must have produced many dark days for them. to secure a funder who was satisfied by the validity of the claim and prepared to invest millions to take it to court is a great achievement.

Its seems to have moved to a quantum arguement not if CHM will win or lose.

One of the bits of mud always thrown is how many shares on issue.

But in someways that shows just how stable CHM is. About 70% is held by to 21. For them to be getting out volumes need to huge and there is no evidence of this happening.

These shareholders need to sit this out and get rewarded from any flow on value from a successful claim.

As a shareholder the ultimate form of award would be shares in Crossland which is what they have asked for. If I was MMX and this happened I would offer stock in MMX to get them out of Crossland but if they let the decision come out and its adverse they will have to cross the bridge when they come to it.

This would give CHM an upside rather than a straight cash payment provides no upside.

Can we get a hold of the court transcripts as it would make good reading. Might take a while to read but at least anyone interested can look at what was said and make their own mind up.

The other thing is CHM are shareholders of MMX. As a shareholder of MMX they can attend the AGM and ask questions. Should make for interest times at the meeting if they choose to attend.

Oh well the drama continues.
