rufty you are too trusting. chm have never once disclosed how much of the win goes to the litigation funder. chm have never disclosed who else is owed percentages of the win for financial support in the early days when they were struggling. chm have never diclosed the settlement with thier former lawyers that are patiently waiting to be paid heaps. then you split what's lefts by all the shares and options on issue leaves "$0.01" per share. anything less than a huge win for chm is a disaster for chm shareholders. why do you think there has been no settlement? I'm sure mmx would have been prepared to offer a lot to end this but 'a lot' isn't enough for chm.
