I understand that Chameleon had been driven into administration by the end of 2004 and Vouris&Bell Chartered Accountants were effectively responsible for the running of CHM through till it was brought out of administration in 2007. I am sure that a lot of share holders, along with United Industries International (UII) had problems as to the way CHM had been run. However, it being brought out of administration provided them with some opportunity to recoup some of their investment, rather than nothing if it had have gone into liquidation as some had intended.
I agree that it was strange that CHM was holding general meetings and issuing hundreds of millions of shares when it was in administration. However they were all detailed under the cover of Vouris&Bell documentation.
The timing and motives of UII unfortunate but they must think CHM have some asset worth chasing or thewy are acting in the interests of another party.
Regardless of UII's complaint it does not change the the status of case against MMX&Ors which has a directions hearing scheduled for 1Aug.
