A new legal storm is brewing for CHM.CHM shareholder United Industries International is suing CHM for circulating inaccurate and misleading information ahead of a shareholder meeting way back in Dec3ember 2005.
CHM was in administration at the time and it is claimed CHM failed to disclose full details of the parties that were to obtain ultimate voting power as a result of a share issue.A former director and the largeest shareholder of CHM Mr Koh is also being sued.Koh left the board this April and CHM have not published his share interests in the company which is a breach of ASX rules.
So CHM are looking very rocky and for me they have little chance of beating MMX.
