Is chinaslowing down? As I have said before China and US are the only two major countries with GDP growth. Cars are the primary users of PMs. This does not include hybrids or EVs. Just ordinary cars. China’s Auto sales are down 17% two months in a row. This has two big negatives for Lynas. First this will cause a significant drop in PM demand. This combined with many other triggers that are happening through out world may trigger a WW recession in the near future. This will hurt all stocks especially Aggressive Growth. The only good news is NEV sales are up dramatically. Being up 56% from a small base needs to be examined.
