    2. Citigroup hits the media channels and calls IO will to fall under $60/t (not may fall, or could fall, but will fall) Its clearly a forecast. Citigroup are in no way guaranteeing the price and no one takes it that way.

    3. Overnight Citiigroup releases a downgrade to sell, target price $0.1 This is the logical step following their ore forecast so what is your issue here? that their view is counter to your bleeding long? Grow up
