and low volumes, says the longs are eitehr loyalists prepared to see it through, or with no real buying depth, have no choice.
Still, there have been these placements for petty cash at 10c + free ops,. they have been buying new script.
they are the ones who might look on market, now for some cheaper paper,
Interesting on Q&A last night something clive palmer said, about other countries such as japan, able to buy iron ore, value add into steel, then turn it into cars.
Now, IMO, the trick here is all about vertical integration.
BGD get their hands on local iron ore, through partnership/ ownership of an iron ore supply, and same with the coking coal. Then the profit numbers, are on the value add product. ie, you dont buy iron ore, you buy the deposit or a project, and with your jv partners purse, then you can sell the billets and realise the gains there.
Similar to onesteel model.
I would like to know if the company plan on releasing the pfs before the oppies expire?
Otherwsie, all these placements at 10c + ops, are going to piss a few of their pals off. No point giving some icing on the cake, if it grows mold and ends up getting put in the trash.
Guess its all about timing, and being able to move forward with some momentum of announcements and sequence of progress.
