Major Chinese group Citec is keen on magnetite - we should be talking to them rather than they farting around in the Midwest of WA where they are trying to advance a magnetite mine in the outback and hoping a $6billion port will be developed at Oakajee just north of Geraldton.
ROY is further advanced, closer to power, road, rail, slurry feed etc with suitable port facilities at the end of the line.
