    I don't hold this stock. I just don't know what's wrong with this stock. IMHO it looks very cheap.

    Why build a railway and port at Midwest? Just develop CAP & ROY together and have monopoly of infrastructures.

    I plan to buy some ROY shares later on.

    Just IMHO.
