Somethings holding this back. Virtually no speculation in the market for this opportunity. Only something out of left field is a last resort in my view...only something no ones yet aware regarding these assets. Should that not occur then trying to get these china assets off the ground would be flogging a dead horse.
Triple energy...still 2 more strings in this bow should the current project not get the price running.
