I thought it interesting that they left off the 'negotiating for wholesale contracts and/or cornerstone investors' from their speeding ticket response.

Wasn't sure what to make of that.

Meanwhile with TMall fans exiting like rats from a sinking ship, no new wine additions to their wine offerings for ages and their cash levels getting towards that critical $mill level, they aren't in too much of a strong position to bargain with if negotiations are indeed progressing.

Let's see if there is another burst of buying. No new sub notices from the last lot.

Then again no subs left either.
