Interesting that the bid was obviously not leaked, with the share price languishing below $2.50 prior to the news and no upward movement at all.

Long term holders will be spewing because some would have bought stock in 2009/2010 for around $7.50 and even with this bid the price is still less than half that number.

Let's hope this doesn't happen to us, or at least not now before we can show some real value and income to warrant higher bids.
