I think we have greater concerns of taking this business private and he gets the top 20 to roll into a private company rather than listed. Not that hard to do considering the top 20 hold close to 75% of the stock for memory.

That is my greatest concern that the top 20 take us out at say 1.60 and stokes takes up any short fall in the 25%.

I have seen this done with other minors - they were very minors market cap circa $20 million though.
