At least that can no longer be held up for any prevarication excuses.
The quarterlies are due out in a couple of weeks, hopefully there will be something more definitive there, but I'm not holding my breath. The silence from CNX is deafening, you'd think we'd get some sort of update even if it was along the lines of -We've been in talks with new blah blah, or The matter is still under consideration with blah blah and we are hopeful of a reply by XXXX date.
My present standing is - Not Happy Jan.!
