It clearly states on the letter to land holders that the gasses are combustible by-products and not associated with coal seam gas seam gas development. ?????

Wondering if the farmers had charcoal pits back in the day to produce gas and power their machinery while there was a shortage of fuel. This was done extensively during WW2 I think. Even busses in the city towed a trailer around that converted charcoal into gas to power them. Basically you dug a big hole, filled it with timber, got the fire roaring then covered it up to smother it and make charcoal for charcoal gas converters.

As farmers are the biggest contributors to environmental destruction in history I wouldn't be surprised if this is another dog turd they have left for future generations.
