Although I agree that Chinchilla isn't a positive development for CNX & the UCG story, one company can't be damned by another company's carelessness one would hope. Just because one oil company created an environmental disaster (eg Exxon Valdez), all the rest of the other oil operations didn't go out of business. Linc appears to have erred in the process....there's no proof that CNX has made the same error. I fear yet more Government reviews will be just as costly but the bottom line is that they can't fabricate untruths about Bloodwood Creek. Chinchilla could be viewed as a poor example of UCG & Bloodwood could be viewed as an effective example ?
