Has anyone ever made any money in China in modern history?
I have it on good authority that a director of this and two associated companies together with an associated party(RG) is in the far east continuing a long and arduous battle to endeavour to breath life in to a large potential gold project for another float.
Am I mistaken?
Don't they already have a number of home grown prospective gold and nickel projects within Western Australia held by Gryphon and Halcyon?
Don't they have a couple of good propositions through ADU and GRY in darkest Africa?
Wouldn't you think that with those directorship responsibilities they would be fully engaged in devoting their time to the immediate task at hand, that is, to make these companies, producers?!
It begs the shareholders question. Are the these directors fully discharging their corporate responsibilities?
The reason for the consternation is self evident by the lacklustre performance of these three companies.
Shareholders at the pending AGM's may rightly ask-Have the directors, taken their eye off the ball?
Are they abrogating their constitutional and corporate resposibilities?
Are they in breach of corportion law?
And, most importantly, are they at all times giving their utmost attention to the listed companies of which they are directors in order to advance and protect the interests of their shareholders?
The performance history of the three: ADU, GRY and HCY suggests that they are not.
