    i like the strategy of proving up a project then on-selling rather than diluting at development phase. it captures the most value-add

    if the market does turn down for a while, it will become about picking the right stocks.

    every share lrl buys back (at 16-17) is increasing their cash per share

    this stock will run in spite of the state of the markets. perfect!
