Yeah not saying i necessarily agree, Nasa but that's just the way it is for mainstream funds. Heck, most funds don't even touch this end of the market (mining, financial, industrial, bio - whatever) unless the mc is much higher.

Could still see a boutique fund pop up if MRF keep getting the job done but i'd say more likely a broker taking some on their book or a private equity group with no mandate. Maybe even some Chinese investors with deep pockets.
