The way I understand it all groups, like say a bank, have requirements and rules for loans/investing. Still Funds will understand that MRF is different just like SL Vein is different.

End-user Agreements and needs are very important. MRF is not cheating by skipping ahead; there are clear provisions as far as I understand it for these exceptions. I think MRF fulfills this and is on the right track in my opinion. Why would some Fundies miss out the next Talga with greater potential and advantages like Tax?

Talga can save MRF allot of hassles as it follows their path.

Will Sri Lanka help build the Facility for MRF ???

MRF could qualify in Sri Lanka for even new mine assets... New assets could be given so that they maximise the Sri Lankan Return and royalties.
