I'm newish too but have been watching CNH since inception. I traded in and out early (31/36) and have been watching since. I didn't expect the commitment so soon on the expansion and a start in early 2009 with the increased capacity so this shoud really rocket in the short-term (just need some sellers to appear!!).
I originally put it on a PE of 4 or 8 (can't remember) with the price at 36cents but failed to get any momentum higher than that. I guess that it should be revalued based on a new forecast earnings which is yet to appear. All depends on the OPEX for new capacity against revenue but SP should/could double (at least).
