So if...RAP already know that CE is done and dusted (but can't say as officially it hasn't been stamped yet) and they are taking this news to China
then the negotiations are on the basis that CE is approved (in confidence of course).
They are able to discuss on this basis (not forgetting they have already been talking to the Chinese for some time already) the use of RAP into the China telehealth marketplace.
Then once CE is officially approved they can announce soon after that negotiations with China are taking serious shape.
SP would rise sharply...let's say back to 15 cents with CE approval and then to 30 cents with positive announcement re China negotiations.
All IMHO so DYOR but hey...if CE needs more time as they require some extra details...SP back to 5 cents IMO.
I reckon that RAP is in the know re CE...and that will be then the basis of their discussion with the Chinese. So a delay in CE we are at 5 cents and CE approval coupled soon after with positive China news...30 cents.
As I said all IMHO...stay frosty. A week or two or three yet to determine our fate. No place for faint hearts!
