I work for a large retailer in my town with a largly ageing demographic of customers and alot reside at the local lifestyle village and rave about the place. Also they have no more land to expand but if they did it would fill up with overwhelming demand. So this type of model is attractive and very appealing to the more socially orientated elderly.
