    What Todd does all of this to using BBIG to take away and replace FMS's right, is totally illegal, when the time is right, I think CLASS ACTION is required.Unless Todd with Chinese EQUITY investor offer must be very good price. Otherwise CA will take place, court will determine FMS minority shareholder's rights etc. This is only my  view.
