Lakey5, agree totally and we are at the same spot as you and I would suspect most if not all FMSU small shareholders are at that same tipping point!

It would be interesting to see what would happen should a business commentator of the ilk of say Terry McCrann had a very close look at the operation of the FMS Board.

On the point of a class action it would be very interesting to get some feedback from a suitable law firm and see what their reaction would be. For example would they potentially take the case on a no win no fee basis, if so then we would have a very good guide to our outcome.

I am not saying we should go down the path of no win no fee but it would be a very informative guide to our chances in my opinion.

We await with much interest Board announcements very soon (prior to AGM) given all the information we have seen on this forum in the last few days. Also we need to see some difinitive positive announcements at the upcoming AGM.
