Try ERA for a start - As I understand it it was majority owned by Japanese at which time they signed very long term, very cheap supply agreements with Japanese company (-ies) that owned it, which dramatically reduced what would have been super-profits for many years and will do for another couple of years yet. I believe the details of these remained "commercial-in-confidence" until after it was sold.

There are a several others I can remember being aware of in the past though this is the only one I have previously owned and remember off hand.
