As long as it remains a listed company we do have the defence that the board/directors are required to act in the interest of shareholders - but interpretation can be pretty grey around the edges.
My hope is for an attempt at a complete takeover which pushes the prices to around the $1.5 to $2 mark. Even though it is worth much more than that it would take another bidder to get it there - and nobody else is going to bid when Hanlong owns 56%.
Hopefully a better deal appears though there are likely to be both known and hidden sweeteners for directors/manager to ensure its success, as is commonly the case in takeovers.
