The only reason I thought they could possibly want to sell out of the project was that they were having trouble getting funding. They don't mention this was the case at all in the press release. So they didn't need to sell but they are willing to sell at an already discounted price that the market rejects. Guess I should have looked at management a little closer before getting in here. They obviously don't know the market if they think this is such a great deal when the market says otherwise. Oh well - shame on me.
