I would guess that when the share price was $1.60 and the AUD/USD approx 0.90 Joe Lewis would have been showing a nice profit on his 30 pct stake.
However whether he used GBP or USD with the fall in the $A to 0.71 and the lame share price he is probably in the red on his investment , despite getting the macro theme (Beef prices) hugely right.
Next move will be interesting.
