I think I saw something similar mentioned in regards to underground gasification.
Not sure its what Howard was talking about though- I think he was referring to some kind of future technology a bit like time travel, teleportation or giant umbrellas in the sky.
I guess I should try to keep an open mind but its hard to take anything he says at face value anymore.
