Jiameng plan to defraud shareholders did not work, he ended up having his controlling stake taken away from him for very little return. From memory, it was 160 million shares in exchange for around $4 million AUD. Which is peanuts....talk about immediate Karma.
Jiameng is now very upset, he tried to change the company name. But shareholders band together and knock it back... the writing is on the wall for Jiameng Zhang.
2019 will be the year shareholders take back what's rightfully belong to us.
