He is only the CEO for as long as he executes the boards strategy. If they want to pay a dividend and he doesn't he's gone. Who cares if a replacement is hard to find. You will probably find that someone else in the chain could step up and do a better job and the company would not be handicapped by jimmy's related party transactions and self interest. Getting rid of him might be all thats needed to make this thing fire up.
