Jiameng Zhang was part owner since 2004 and i believe it was listed in 2014, he then became managing director and ceo. in his world, he is absolute! imo.

i am not sure of their motive for listing, but their conducts/ business strategies have not been in line with western corporations. he did not get his way with name change, did not go down well. do they want to grow xpd? very mixed up to say the least, imo.
