SF, great post as usual. Interestingly, the article title mentions India. Could ONGC be a dark horse? Their current market cap is $51bn USD. AOE previously mentioned discussions relating to possible cooperation in Australia. They would be a good blocking JV partner should Shell/PtrC go hostile.
